Forgiving yourself and others

بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ In the name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful

AsSalamu alaikum wa rahmatullah wa barakatuh 🌹

I know we all have days where are brains are just clouded and we feel a little depressed. I'd like to share some tips to inshaAllah help us to clear our thoughts and to feel more calm.

💜First and foremost we should always , always be in the remembrance of Allah Subhana wa ta'ala.

💜Make dhikr and repent often.

Make plenty of duaa, be on time with your obligatory 5 daily prayers.

(When you make duaa, you must have faith and believe Allah will answer your prayers.)

💜Maybe set a goal each day to help at least one person in need . (Or anyone)

💜Go through your contacts and ask everyone if you've ever offended them in anyway to forgive you, I find myself doing this and it really does ease the mind alot.

(also forgive everyone you know as well, each night before you sleep.)

💛Just as we want Allah to forgive us for our shortcomings, we should also forgive others and start brand new each day.

💛Declutter your room

Clean it up

💛Light some scented candles with a scent that remind you of something that makes you happy.

💛Take a walk when the weather is nice and enjoy nature 💜

💗Gain a hobby, (something you love doing) painting , making beaded jewelry , making candles, reading , etc..

Every day we open our eyes is a chance to become a better muslim.

💗Let's set some good intentions and be mindful of everything that we say to one another everyday and be kind to everyone As every one is facing their own battles in life, we don't want to add to their stress or sadness, we want to be a positive image in people's lives that we come across.

I hope that this might help a little inshaAllah.

AsSalamu alaikum wa rahmatullah wa barakatuh 🌹💛
